上傳方法:
1.按發貼 按那個 瀏覽 (紅字 1), 再找找你要上載的東西
2. 然後按一下 上傳 (紅字2) , 按了之後, 看看會不會有這一句, 有明示成功了

最好上传的文件改成jpg格式，用acdsee就可以。这个很重要。
to upload:
1. to make a post, and then press the buttom marked by red letter "1" is to select what to be upload
2. the red letter marked by "2" is to confirm the upload
after the confirmation, you should be able to see a sentence like
[upl0ad=jpg]UploadFile/2008-3/20083121114259177.jpg[/upl0ad]
if so , it means you do upload a pic.
